CREATIVE VISUALIZATION

It is no longer a secret what the power of creative visualization has in clearing our physical, mental and emotional challenges. The idea of being able to consciously create a better world for ourselves and our relationships is powerful to say the least. Here is one that was recently shared with my class that brought about some really amazing shifts in perspective:
Imagine that you are walking along a beautiful pathway that is surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. As the path winds back and forth, up and down and eventually guides you into a clearing where there is a very old stone tower. As you approach the tower you will recognize something very familiar about it. It seems that you have been there before.
Reach for the old door that is heavy and weathered, with large rusted hinges and a creeking sound as you pull it open. It reveals a set of stone steps that spiral all the way to the top. With each step you take, imagine that you are letting go of any fears, doubts, worries, concerns or thoughts about turning back or leaving. Trust your heart is guiding you up these steps for a very important reason.
As you reach the last step, and enter into the upper chamber you will notice a young woman standing there looking out the window. She is beautiful, youthful and looking longingly at the scenery outside the window. As she turns to acknowledge you, she smiles and invites you in to share her limited space. There is nothing but a bed, a chair, a table and a mirror.
You instantly feel a love for her. She represents a part of you that has been living in a limited state for a long time. She is protected, cared for and contented, but the longing she holds inside is to experience the world of the unknown outside. She has been living in the illusion that she cannot leave this place: that someone has put her there and left her there for a very long time. You just want her to be free and to share the wonders of the real world with her but she hesitates.
As you look closer at her robe and gown, you notice that there is a very ancient key visible from her side pocket. It is the key to the door that unlocks her fears and judgments about herself and her limitations. She follows your gaze to the key and smiles. It is time for her to admit that she has been hiding the key the same way she has been hiding herself from the world.
She removes the key from her pocket, places it over her heart and the key disappears. In sinks way down deep within her soul and unlocks the illusions that have been keeping her hidden and hurting. The door to her heart opens and it shines a light so bright it radiates from her eyes in a heavenly glow of self love and acceptance.
As she takes your hand in hers and places it upon her heart, you sense the divine light of love and instantly feel pulled inside. The chamber of her heart becomes the tower you have discovered and you know the way out is through the spiral stairway. As you descend the steps and follow the light that calls to you – you reach the outside world of nature and adventure and walk away in sheer delight, feeling free at last. You know the way, you have the key and you have found the door.
Seek and ye shall find, knock and the door shall be opened, ask it is shall be given unto you.

Transformational Art

Spirit revealed to me through the medium of water colour, an amazing way of receiving hidden messages from our soul self. It is fun, easy and so inspiring to know that anyone from children to seniors can enjoy this format with absolutely no formal training at all.
The expression of emotions and visions through colour are not by any means a new concept, but training the eye to see beyond what we initial observe can unfold a whole new world of inner clues and keys to healing, growing and evolving.
I also provide the option to have me do a painting for you. It does not require your presence, so it makes a great gift that can be done at any distance and shared with family and friends via the internet. I will do a private session with you first to get a vibrational sense of what you are seeking in the way of knowledge or healing, and then the paint, the colours, the water and the paper do the rest!
A class session is $75 and a private session is $125

Published January 21, 2011 | If you are consistently or chronically creating the same situations in relationships, work issues, home situations or just thoughts that don’t make any sense when your really pay attention to them, then you are probably ready for a Mental/Memory update. Everything that we have ever thought, created or witnessed, is part of our library of images and ideas that we hold as our truth. When you find the real source of these repeated patterns or ideas, you recognize they are really not so much a part of the now experience, but definitely having an effect in the now.
It is very important that you have the ability to connect to your heart source of what is truth and what is memory. Your heart will always point you in the direction of the absolute truth but most times we are reluctant to believe, accept or follow that direction. The most common resistance comes from our fear of what might happen, or what we might discover if we actually did follow our heart. When a heart has been repeatedly broken or betrayed, it becomes harder and harder for us to trust it actually knows what it is doing! Each life challenge and experience that we are involved with has a clue and a piece of our soul puzzle connected to it or clearly revealed within it that shows what we are trying to learn or clear in our soul journey.
I have very clearly learned that the quickest way to heal a broken heart is to face the things that stand in our way of living free ad happy. It will appear as an enormous fear of some kind. The wonderful thing about fear that most people do not know is that if you actually confront it – face it – identify it, THE FEAR WILL DISAPPEAR! It is only there to challenge us to grow. As long as you are afraid of something, you cannot access it or conquer it. Imagine the fear standing right in front of you, take a deep breath, then walk right through it! You will quickly discover it has only been an illusion that has taught you how strong, courageous and powerful you are.
