What Are We Weighting For?
TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: has us preparing for the holidays and taking a leap of faith into the new year! We always have that urge to purge right after the holidays because of all our uncontrollable eating and enjoying the festivities. Instead of getting to the other side and wishing we had not indulged quite so much, here are some simple conscious choices you can address before it begins.
When we change our perception – we change the outcome. So lets all give it a try this year and see what a difference it can make if we change our focus and let go of the fears we hold inside about emotional gatherings, family and celebrations.
REDUCE= mentally letting go of judging our size and shape
RELEASE= the need for emotional ‘fat’ walls for defenses
RELINQUISH= the fear that keeps adding on layers of protection
Guilty Or Innocent?
TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: wants us to consider how we are working through our issues and attitudes these days. It is a challenge to acknowledge that we have inner energies that are not in alignment with our best way of being. We all have our own version of what we feel is real and through that source of inspiration we learn about ourselves and each other.
At some point though – there has to be a moment when we have an ‘ah ha’, or even a ‘ha ha’ within ourselves. There is a time when the hurt or pain of a lesson isn’t needed anymore and we make a conscious decision to clear it. Here are some of the ways we are chronically falling short of breakthrough:
WORRY= a wasted amount of personal energy
HURRY= a frantic desire to outrun our issues
JURY= a verdict we hold that we are guilty of something
To Our Friends In The USA
TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: has us taking a look at the concept of Thanks Giving and seeing it as a wonderful way of getting back to the basics of family and community.
Although the idea is there, how often do we actually focus on that concept and really put our heart and soul into making it happen. Thanks Giving is all about Giving Thanks to those that you share the journey with, the ones you share the planet with and the ones that you experience Life Lessons with. They are truly all one and the same.
The challenge with giving is that you cannot give what you do not have. If you have love for self – then you can easily share love for others. If you have gratitude for self and all the things you do in the name of growth and learning – then through your compassion you will have gratitude for others and the role they play. Be truly thankful and the world will open up its arms to embrace you the way you embrace them – it is contagious.
THANKFUL= a genuine feeling of acceptance
GRATEFUL= a sincere feeling of appreciation
PEACEFUL= a satisfied feeling of contentment
A Bridge Of Light
TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: with all of the changes that are going on, in and through our world it is easy to be overwhelmed by the energy. In your inner world there is a sense of longing and hope that all is moving to a better place of being. So the contrast between the outer chaos and the inner desire for peace and tranquility can seem far apart.
If you image the distance between the two as a bridge of light that is simply connecting the two while they shift and change it makes it easier to embrace the turmoil. See yourself on that bridge with an unlimited desire for oneness and calmness. See others joining you on that bridge one at a time until the bridge is filled with souls who share the same vision.
There will be a point where the bridge becomes a rainbow of light and the colours of creation blend all souls together in one breath, one heart beat, one light and one love. The more we hold this vision – the sooner we become it.

OUTER= our logical world of desires
HIGHER= our divine world of vibrational oneness
LOWER= our human world of exploring & experiencing
