Thoughts are very linear – feelings have a full spectrum!

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: walks us through the maze of thoughts that are cluttering up our inner realm of glory. Each thought requires us to take a moment or a breath and consider whether we want to follow along for an adventure, or to sit and spin while we talk ourselves into or out of it.

Thoughts are very linear. They are simple in their own way as they are an inspiration for us to agree – or disagree, like or not like, share or not share, follow or not follow. They all have a value where they can engage us in an adventure where we get to pretend it is our only choice.

When we take the time to pay attention to our REACTIONS to that thought, we have a more accurate assessment from our inner soul who can help us align to the thought or pass it by for a better one. Our reactions will always give us clues as to the validity of the thought, or the importance it holds for us if we follow. These are called our FEELINGS.

INFORMATION= a thought that enters our energy field
REACTION= a feeling that instantly responds to it
ACTION= the desire to follow along
TENSION= a resistance to following along

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: is all about touching the heart and soul of those you meet. We are living in a world that is so busy and preoccupied by technology and war that we have lost touch with what truly matters.

The connection between the hearts of all mankind is a full time challenge as we recognize the importance of being able to communicate with each other at a deeper level. The fear that most people feel is enough to create a disconnect in the blink of an eye.

When we all decide to make a conscious effort to reconnect, it will be a movement of energy like a row of dominoes tipping forward. When one goes – we all go, and in that powerful moment we will have made the transition from the old 3rd density illusion all the way to the 5th density reality where we belong.

Begin today with simply honoring the divine in everyone you meet – maybe verbally (Namaste) or silently just thinking it in your mind and know that your heart is willing to allow the connection to take place. For now – we practice, but soon – we will all CONNECT.

3rd DIMENSION= illusionary living and learning
4th DIMENSION= karmic clearing and soul healing
5th DIMENSION= conscious creation/ new reality living
