TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: walks us through the maze of thoughts that are cluttering up our inner realm of glory. Each thought requires us to take a moment or a breath and consider whether we want to follow along for an adventure, or to sit and spin while we talk ourselves into or out of it.
Thoughts are very linear. They are simple in their own way as they are an inspiration for us to agree – or disagree, like or not like, share or not share, follow or not follow. They all have a value where they can engage us in an adventure where we get to pretend it is our only choice.
When we take the time to pay attention to our REACTIONS to that thought, we have a more accurate assessment from our inner soul who can help us align to the thought or pass it by for a better one. Our reactions will always give us clues as to the validity of the thought, or the importance it holds for us if we follow. These are called our FEELINGS.
INFORMATION= a thought that enters our energy field
REACTION= a feeling that instantly responds to it
ACTION= the desire to follow along
TENSION= a resistance to following along
TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: helps us understand that it does not matter if we are in the beginning, middle or end of a life challenge, every moment is a memory. When we are more conscious of our thoughts and how we proceed to follow them, deny them or ignore them, we are creating our future with each one.
Inside every thought is the potential for darkness or light. Some would describe this as success or failure. Although the concept of failure only exists in the mind of one who is doubting or fearing their creations, it is reasonable to be cautious when the concept of failure is lurking in the shadows of your mind.
It is simply saying you need to have more faith – more patience – more trust in the process of creation. Taking the time and making the adjustment to those thoughts can drastically change the outcome of your experience. Leaving the thought as it is, will simply repeat a lesson you have already gone through and make it more challenging each time until you say – “enough is enough’.
BEGINNING= the first step in a life lesson/experience
MIDDLE= the repeating of steps to confirm/affirm your belief
END= the moment you have realized what the challenge/lesson is and complete it by saying “it is finished”
I Am The One Who has walked through the door of darkness that represents my past.
I Am The One Who has moved through the door of shadows in the present where I am challenged to love who I am.
I Am The One Who is standing in the doorway of the future that reflects the truth of who I am and where I belong.
The recent events of teachers and children being harmed for the sake of one persons release of their inner despair is a wake up call to the collective consciousness of humanity. This one individual that has brought so much pain to the world he once lived in, will leave a lasting impression for generations to come.
In this unfortunate event there was an instant change in the lives of innocent children and teachers. Their death was instant yet brutal. The world has chosen to turn their eyes away from the millions of children who are starving, suffering and slowly dying of starvation and neglect. Do they not deserve the attention of our hearts as well?
There is a desperate, fearful, lonely child inside each of us that must be healed if we are to change the collective consciousness of mankind. Have you healed yours?
DESPAIR= a state of hopelessness beyond reason
MISTREATMENT= the need to express pain/suffering
ABUSE= a message of despair by mistreating others
NEGLECT= looking the other way while it happens
